I'm Finally Posting Again!

I am SOOOO behind on posting, so this post is going to be a "storyboard" of Christmas pictures!

I almost always take family pictures while there, but somehow I missed being the photography queen this year.

We used to play this game with the parentals when we were kids. I had boards made for the three of us - much sentimental value here! Thanks Mr. Miller for making them! * Side Note: I like to make Christmas "interesting", so I use weird boxes to wrap things in, and put odd objects in the boxes to "throw them off" when they shake the package. I also like to mess with the labeling of To: and From: - For instance, a DVD might be wrapped in a picture frame box, have a used DVD in it, but have $100.00 in the DVD case and be from "Ben". Thus Matt and his Cherrios. However, Natalie was NOT impressed when she opened a present and found a Cheerio box. It's captured on Matt's video, but I didn't get a photo of if. The look on her face was PRICELESS! She said, (in her most disappointed voice ever, accompanied by a very sad face) "Cheerios! But...but, I didn't ask for Cheerios." I love those moments!!!!

  2. Hahaha thanks for sharing your pics Sandra they gave me such a laugh. Especially loved the cheerios story. I did a simalar thing to my sister once as she was very well known for sneaking around opening presents to see what she got, re wrapping them and putting them back under the tree. I got an old hairdryer box and put her gift inside that one year and it was very funny listening to her dropping hints the two weeks before christmas about how she didnt need a hair dryer and didnt want one. haha

  3. So glad you're back! As you know I have been missing from these parts, too....looks like you had a wonderful Christmas! Thanks SO MUCH for your comments on my blog....I heartily agree...we could do some serious damage if we lived close together!
Watch for the photo of our dog....I think he is Spanky's long lost brother. Is Spanky smarter than most kids? Does he read cowboy novels? If so, then, for sure he is Tucker's blood brother!...So if you're Spanky's Gramma...then this could mean that we're related!
Looking forward to seeing all that God has in store for you and yours this year....not to mention two new g-babies...Whoot-Whoot!
Blessings from your in Canadian bloggy friend
